End-User Terms of Service

These End-User Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the queue management and appointment scheduling interface (the "Service") provided by QlessQ on behalf of the business or organization you are visiting (the "Organization").
1. Our Relationship
QlessQ provides the software that powers the queuing and booking experience for the Organization. We act as a service provider (Data Processor) to the Organization. The Organization is responsible for the services they provide to you. Our End-User Privacy Notice describes how we handle your information on the Organization's behalf.
2. SMS Notifications
If you explicitly opt in to receive SMS notifications regarding your queue status or appointment, you agree to receive transactional text messages from QlessQ on behalf of the Organization. Message frequency varies and message/data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by following the instructions in the message (for example replying STOP, including ARRET where supported).
3. Marketing and CRM Consent
Providing consent for marketing communications is completely optional and does not affect your ability to use the queuing or booking Service. If you opt-in, you agree that your contact information may be used by the Organization for marketing purposes, managed through customer relationship management (CRM) tools provided by QlessQ. You may revoke this consent at any time.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose: managing your place in a queue or scheduling appointments with the Organization. You may not interfere with or disrupt the Service.
5. Limitation of Liability
QlessQ is not responsible for the products, services, or wait times provided by the Organization. Any disputes regarding your service experience must be resolved directly with the Organization.
